Return Policy

 

As we all bravely deal with a pandemic, there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, and I appreciate your patience. In case of a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding and your support.

How soon can I receive my order?

It takes 3 working days to process all orders, not including the time the postal services will need to deliver your order. The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Thereafter, delivery time varies depending on your location and type of delivery (first class mail, priority mail or express) you choose at checkout.

Once you have placed an order. You will receive two emails:

1. An order confirmation email.

2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from my studio to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.

Can I get a refund on my purchase?

I do not offer refunds on products sold. No exchange and refund on discounted items.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Each piece at trivial PURSUITS is one of a kind and is handcrafted with love and great attention to detail. I do not make multiple copies of any piece or product. The piece that you have purchased may differ slightly from the image you see on the website. Unevenness in color & texture is not a mistake but is a beautiful characteristic of handcrafted processes. Strict quality checks and superior raw materials have been used to make these beautiful pieces of jewelry.

However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please do contact me within 3 days of receiving the product, to request for a return. I am unable to offer an exchange between pieces, due to reasons of hygiene.

What's the process for return?

1) Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Please write to me at trivialpursuits101@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the piece as you received it.

2) Kindly dispatch items back within 15 days of delivery. Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you.

Conditions of return:

  • An item can only be returned on the off chance that it got damaged during delivery.

  • A product that has been damaged while in use by you, is not eligible for returns.

  • The refund will take between 10 to 15 days to process through same mode of payment, after I have received the returned product.

  • Products sent back to me without a prior email notification will not be accepted.

trivial PURSUITS holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. 

What about cancellations?

If you wish to cancel your order, write to me within 24 hours of placing the order at trivialpursuits101@gmail.com. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode of payment, within 15 working days.

Do you ship outside of the US?
